THAKCHOE

Thakchoe was born in Tibet in 1979. He arrived at Tibetan Homes Foundation in January, 1986. His parents are farmers in Tibet and he has four brothers and one sister. Thakchoe doesn't remember much of his home, but recalls that his parents grew radishes and that they had two yaks and a cow. His grandfather lived with them. Although usually quiet, Thakchoe is an enthusiastic artist. |
